As someone who detested to network while studying university, podcasting has been the best medium for me to push aside that mindset and connect with Latinas that I admire.

I’ve cold-emailed and sent so many DM’s to invite them on Ellas to share their inspiring journey and voz.

Part of me was afraid no one would respond because when I started Ellas I didn’t have an audience or community. However, I believe in the mission of amplifying the empowering voices of Latinas and reminding us that we aren’t alone.

My guests resonated with this and we’ve been able to have amazing conversations to share on the podcast. I’m also happy to say that we’ve become friends and they’ve been supporters of me and the work that I do through Ellas Media.
