Ellas Media was founded in 2021 as an extension of the work founder, Brenda Hernández Jaimes, started in 2019. After picking up her microphone, bringing folding chairs, and making a table, she invited inspiring Latinas to share their inspiring stories through her podcast, Ellas.

Brenda has made it her mission to amplify inspiring voices of mission-driven individuals, founders, creators, and brands through podcasting via podcast strategy, booking, marketing and promotion.

As a first-generation Mexican American who loves people, stories, ideas, and podcasts, Brenda quickly realized that the path towards better representation in the industry was to combine her passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, and advocacy to support mission-driven business owners, brands, authors, speakers, and academics.

Throughout her career as a podcast producer, strategist, booking coordinator, and storyteller in the independent, B2C and B2B space, Brenda has delivered creative solutions and stories in English and Spanish with impact to generate lasting profit, audience relatability, client conversion, and growth for your podcast and business.
